Full Time Contract (5 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* Provide comprehensive, customer focused, administrative, data management, project, and financial support
* To undertake all administrative work associated with the ordering and tracking of repairs works /disrepair specifications through to completion
* To develop and maintain filing systems and databases, both manual and electronic
* To deal with telephone calls and provide high quality correspondence, letters, presentations and reports
The candidate:
* Previous experience in a housing / housing repairs team is essential
* Experience working for a local authority is essential
* Experience of providing financial administrative support
