We’re partnered with a London University to recruit a Credit Controller. The post holder will join a busy and successful team and will focus on the collection of corporate and commercial debt.
Job duties:
* Responsibility for collections on the Universities commercial ledger – invoice values range from £100 - £2m
* Telephone collections
* Raising and issuing of invoices /credit notes via the finance system 
* Maintenance and issuing of debtor emails
* Resolving queries via communication with internal and external customers
* Updating account notes
* Ledger administration i.e. raising misc adjustments, allocation and reconciliation
Candidate profile:
* Experience in credit control chasing commercial debt
* Experience working in a large-complex organisation
* Experience using Business World (Agresso)
* Ability to demonstrate that you are highly organised and have excellent communication skills
* Excel reporting experience (e.g. Excel Pivots, VLookups)
Job information:
* Hourly rate: £19 - £21
* Contract Length: until the end of October 2024
* Location: East London (1 day per week on site)
