Job Description:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, confidently discussing campaign activities and offering valuable advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple client accounts.
* Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
* Work closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and communications.
* Update internal project management software.
* Utilise technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations.
* Provide clear and detailed briefings to deliver tactical activities.
* Understand client needs, anticipate them, and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
* Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
* Prepare campaign insights reports, including analysis and research.
* Demonstrate experience in running communications and marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
* Exhibit excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
* Possess comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services delivered by our client.
* Participate in pitching for new business and developing proposals.

* Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or a similar role.
* Ideally, experience in an agency setting or managing multiple brands in-house.

* Excellent listening and presentation skills.
* Keen attention to detail.
