A Director of a London based Quantity Surveying team is looking for a client facing Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a keenness to progress with their APC and achieve MRICS.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will largely be working within the residential sector where you will be taking on some project work, whilst also supporting the team with pre and post contact services.
Project wise, the new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working on some large cladding, remediation, and assisted living projects, acting in the capacity of a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* Preferably completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS degree
* 2-5 years quantity surveying experience
* Worked within a UK PQS / Consultancy practice
* Client facing / excellent communication skills
