The Partners of a specialist construction consultancy are seeking a MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their other experienced Quantity Surveyor in London.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will take the lead and run some big external projects, predominantly for managing agencies.
Projects will include: cladding, remediation, retrofit, estate wide regeneration, rooftop development, and traditional building work.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
The Partners are looking for a MRICS qualified quantity surveyor with senior or associate quantity surveying experience with the UK PQS / Construction Consultancy market.
As well as:
* Excellent pre contract experience
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a small team
* Ambition to be part of a growing QS division
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + Package
