Exciting opportunity for a dynamic BD Consultant to join a friendly growing team. You will be working with residential and commercial property developers all over the world.
Key Responsibilities as Business Development Consultant:
* Liaise with the clients global network of sales consultants
* Interview new international sales consultants
* Train new sales consultants
* Prepare quotations based on drawings - under guidance of Head of CGi
* Generate new leads with property developers
* Attend networking events
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales opportunities and approaches (No travelling required liaising, interviewing and training of international sales consultants will be undertaken via Teams calls.)
Key Requirements:
* Sales experience - this is not a cold calling role
* Interest or background in technology and/or property
* Ability to understand architectural drawings to enable preparation of sales quotations would be highly beneficial but not essential
* A passion for sales
* Drive to succeed
* A proven track record of exceeding target
* Team player
* Good people skills
