Do you have a passion for water safety and enjoy creating a positive experience for swimmers? 4Leisure Recruitment is looking for dedicated Lifeguards to join our team in Watford. This role offers flexible working hours and the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Salary: £13.45 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing accidents and responding quickly to emergencies.
* Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules to maintain a secure environment.
* Perform regular inspections and keep the pool area clean and well-maintained.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns from pool users.
Preferred Requirements:
* Strong swimming skills.
* NPLQ certificate (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) preferred.
* Enhanced DBS check or a willingness to obtain one.
