Are you a skilled fitness professional with management experience? 4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Duty Manager with Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications to join our team in the Wimbledon area.

Salary: £15 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly!

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members and staff.
* Lead and manage the fitness team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Conduct fitness assessments and create personalised workout plans for clients.
* Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility.
Preferred Requirements:
* Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent customer service abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
