The ideal candidate will excel in providing top-notch customer service and support to the Secretarial & Business Support department in London.. Client Details. This is a large, globally recognized recruitment consultancy. The company specialises in 25 disciplines, offering temporary, contract and permanent recruitment services to a variety of industries.. Description. * Managing incoming calls and visitor enquiries. * Organising and scheduling appointments. * Providing general administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department. * Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area. * Sorting and distributing mail. * Assisting with ad hoc office tasks as required. * Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. * Upholding the professional image of the company. Profile. A successful Receptionist should have:. * Strong customer service skills. * Excellent communication abilities. * High level of organisational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Previous Switchboard experience. * Interest/Previous experience in Facilities. * Experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
