The Quantity Surveyor’s Role The successful Quantity Surveyor will become a member of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality residential projects. The Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs associated with building and civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final calculations. Working closely with senior management, the Quantity Surveyor will ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
The Quantity Surveyor * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential development projects.
* Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
