Transport Administrator
The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess excellent organisational skills to support the smooth running of our office operations.
Duties:
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Manage administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
* Handle phone calls with professionalism and follow proper phone etiquette
* Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
* Procurement
* Ensure timesheets are prepped and correct for payroll
* Provide assistance to the accounts team, dealing with invoice queries
* Check in with the maintenance department. order parts when necessary
Skills:
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Ability to type efficiently and accurately
* Excellent organisational skills to manage office operations effectively
* Good phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
Experience:
We are looking for someone that has previous transport experience.
Details:
Option 1) 5am-3pm
Option 2) 7am-5pm
