Job Description:
Pure are pleased to be working with a well established organisation who are a leading international manufacturer based in Felsted. They are expanding their team and are looking to recruit a Customer Service Assistant.
Main Duties:
* Order processing customers sales orders and picking up enquiries
* Providing a high level of customer service to suppliers and customers
* Processing claims
* Uploading pricing, resolving issues for distribution team
* Checking stock availability
* Working with internal and external stakeholders
* Managing inhouse CRM system
* General administration
Key Requirements:
* Must have 2-3 years Excellent Customer Service experience within a similar role
* Strong background within
* Good attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous SAP experience desirable
* Maths & English A-C
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
* Good problem solver
* Work effectively as part of a team
Monday-Friday, Hybrid role.
