Accounts Assistant, Salary DOE, Harrogate
9 months Contract
Our client who are based in the marketing sector are looking for an Accounts Assistant for maternity cover for a 9-month period.
You will be based in an established finance team providing support with the financial record keeping.
Skills Required:

* Motivating team player, happy to take the lead as required
* Resilient under pressure and works well to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong Excel skills
* Administration or Accounts skills
Key Duties:
* Provide support to the business, working within a team raising sales invoices to clients, to ensure sales invoices and associated costs are billed and recorded accurately
* processing and matching purchase invoices onto the media booking system.
* deal with sales & vendor queries, both internal & external, in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Develop sound relationships with the finance team, administrators, planners, and media owners Assisting with cost analysis.
* Assisting and adhering to compliance and reporting.
