Key Responsibilities. * Advising clients on all aspects of trade mark law, including clearance searches, filing strategies, and portfolio management. * Handling trade mark applications, oppositions, and cancellations. * Conducting trade mark searches and providing detailed analyses. * Managing and maintaining client trade mark portfolios. * Representing clients in proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO. * Collaborating with colleagues to deliver integrated IP solutions. Requirements. * Qualified or near-qualified Trade Mark Attorney (finals standard to 1 year PQE). * Strong understanding of trade mark law and procedures. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality service. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
