Job Description:
Are you passionate about working in finance? Pure have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and hard-working Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing business in Basildon.
Essential Duties.
* Process purchase invoices and credit notes (multi-currency)
* Update and maintain internal sales and purchase tracker
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Provide daily and weekly updates to the Financial Controller for payments.
* Complete monthly bank reconciliations
* Resolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties as and when required
Key Requirements
* Previous experience with Purchase Ledger (2+ years)
* Experience with Sage 50 is essential.
