Cover Supervisor
Location: Lincoln
Start Date: ASAP / September 2024
Pay Rate: £85.00 - £120.00* per day dependant on experience

GSL Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. This exciting opportunity is perfect for teaching assistants, graduates, current university students, or anyone with experience working or volunteering with children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes during the short-term absence of teachers
* Ensure students stay on task and follow the lesson plans provided
* Maintain a positive learning environment, addressing any behavioural issues promptly
* Assist with administrative tasks and support the wider school community as needed
Requirements:
* Experience working or volunteering with children in any capacity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
* To be able to work full or part time
