Organisational Development Business Partner
Based in North London, hybrid working
Permanent contract, 42k starting salary
We are supporting a dynamic Local Government HR team to recruit an OD Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate:
* Must be a Professional member of CIPD or CIPD qualified to Level 7
* Needs to have experience influencing culture change
* Will understand complex organisational development projects
* Would be able to bring comprehensive knowledge of key workforce activities
