The Recruitment Business Partner will play a strategic role in attracting top talent and driving the company’s growth. They will partner with departmental leaders to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Description
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
* Partner with departmental leaders to understand their recruitment needs.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Ensure the company’s recruitment practices are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the company’s employer brand.
* Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to inform future recruitment strategies.
* Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function.
Profile
A successful Recruitment Business Partner should have:
* Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry.
* Strong headhunting experience across Corporate functions
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex recruitment challenges.
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
