Job Description:
A health charity based in London are looking for an Interim Wellbeing Lead for an 14 month maternity cover. The role offers hybrid working with a start from August.

Description
A Interim Wellbeing Lead to:
- Develop and lead on any wellbeing initiatives
- Lead on the execution of the wellbeing strategy and action plan, with support of the Head of DEI
- Support on existing employee networks and work closely with the DEI Lead to provide resources
- Perform internal surveys to understand wider wellbeing issues
- Identify gaps in support
- Create a leadership framework to allow managers to have the correct tools on wellbeing
- Lead the mental health first air program
- Develop a mindfulness programme
- Improve the overall employee lifecycle working in collaboration with HR
- Improve policies and ensure wellbeing is a priority for the organisation
- Provide strong internal communication on wellbeing initiatives
- Monitor and measure the success of the initiatives
- Work with external partners to improve internal wellbeing offering
- Run wellbeing events
- Build recovery packs
- Has a strong external network to support with your internal work
Profile
A Interim Wellbeing Lead with:
- Previous experience operating in a well-being or D&I role
- Previous knowledge of wellbeing initiatives and policies
- Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively
- Open to sector but not-for-profit background desirable
- Strong drive and initiative
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
