Audit RI Partner Job Vacancy Are you an accomplished Audit RI with a depth of experience at Partner level seeking the next significant step in your career? Our client, a leading multi-offered chartered accountancy firm, is actively looking for a vibrant individual with a modern approach to join their team as an Audit RI Partner in Glasgow.
As an Audit RI Partner, you will take charge of an existing office/portfolio and strategically build upon it over a 3-5 year period. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a solid technical skillset and natural leadership skills to make a significant impact on this business.

JobPurpose *Lead the firm’s audit function ensuring excellence is delivered.
*Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
*Drive strategic target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.?
*Mentor managers and support with their learning and development to ensure they in turn manage the junior team effectively.?
*Uphold close liaison with other departments (tax, R&D etc.).
*Oversee workflow and improve processes where possible.?
*Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.?
*Champion the firm’s values within the team, motivating those around you.
*Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.?
*Set an example for the team as a natural leader.?
