About the Role:
* Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assist students with their learning, offering one-to-one support and small group interventions.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
* Support the emotional and social development of students.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
