Description
* Develop and implement people strategies that align with the company’s objectives
* Oversee the delivery of HR services and ensure compliance with regulations
* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Provide expert advice on HR matters to drive performance and mitigate risk
* Monitor HR metrics to guide decision-making and drive improvements
* Lead change management initiatives and support organisational development
* Ensure the integration of diversity and inclusion in all HR initiatives
* Develop talent management strategies to support employee development and retention
Profile
A successful PX Business Partner should have:
* Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Technology & Telecoms industry
* Experience of partnering the CTO and CPO
* Experience of offshoring to India
* Sound knowledge of HR practices and employment law
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies
* Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to use HR metrics for decision-making
* Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
* High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Job Offer
* An attractive daily rate of between £495 and £550
