Job Description:
Seven Education are looking for multiple SEN teaching assistants to work with one of our established schools in Totton, Hampshire. These roles are an ASAP or September start, running until July 2025. This is a full-time position and paying upwards of £15 per hour.
The role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs. You will play a crucial role in helping these students achieve their full potential by delivering personalized assistance, adapting learning materials, and ensuring an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of various special educational needs and strategies to support them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
