Are you a passionate and dedicated educator ready to specialise in Product Design and Resistant Materials?
We are currently looking for a talented DT Secondary ECT for a September 2024 start.
This full-time, term-time only role offers pay on the MPS1 or MPS2 scale for Inner London, with a permanent contract available.
Role: DT Secondary ECT

As a DT Secondary ECT, you will:
Teach engaging lessons in Product Design and Resistant Materials
Inspire creativity and technical skills in students
Contribute to the development of the DT curriculum
Requirements:
Must be a qualified DT Secondary ECT - TeachFirst, PGCE, SCITT, BA Honours in Primary Education with QTS or GTP trained
Specialisation in Product Design and Resistant Materials is essential
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Experience teaching in KS3, KS4 is essential KS5 is desirable
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Have an Enhanced DBS Certificate Registered on the update service or be willing to process one
Provide 2 references, including from your teacher training provider and ideally your class mentor
