Are you passionate about culinary excellence and eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, delivering and supervising daily food preparation while supporting our Kitchen Management Team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with procurement, stocktaking, and health & hygiene procedures, all while maintaining high standards of food production, customer service, and sustainable sourcing.
As part of your key responsibilities, you will collaborate with senior chefs to prepare high-quality, consistent dishes and contribute to the development of seasonal menus. You will oversee meal service in the absence of senior chefs and ensure that the team adheres to schedules and standards. Your role will also involve managing and training junior team members, championing standard recipes, and maintaining stock levels.
You will process orders, manage inventory, and handle delivery anomalies, all while securing kitchen stores and minimizing waste. Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety is paramount, and you will ensure that all dishes meet these standards before service.
