Job Description:
Senior Oracle HCM Consultant
Remote working with occasional travel to London/Cardiff
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Engineer
to Join Robert Walters as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients’ organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements to support the systems in use across HR, including Oracle HCM. The role involves resolving ticket queries to SLAs within the case management system as well as supporting the evolution of systems through gathering requirements, troubleshooting and change management in partnership with out Group Functions IT teams.
You will:
* Have the ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within SmartRecruiters and Oracle HCM.
* Ensure data integrity and security within SmartRecruiters, Oracle HCM and Zellis
* Have excellent written and verbal communication.
* Be an organised and self-motivated individual.
* Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects.
* Have the ability to adopt and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
* Have strong HR Business Process Experience
* A strong background within HR including talent acquisition to understand the business need.
Required experience:
* Hands on experience in cloud implementation, configuration, and customization
* Over 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM, SmartRecruiters and Zellis in a complex environment.
* Proven Experience in Global HR & Compensation or Learning & performance management and one or more of the following modules: Global HR, Absence Management, HR Help Desk
* In-depth experience of analysing business requirements and detailed design documents
* Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
* Experience of being part of a HCM transformation and awareness of quarterly releases with both Oracle and SmartRecruiters
