We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Junior Estimator.Wicksteed Playgrounds are the UKs leading manufacturer and supplier of play and Leisure equipment & have been designing; manufacturing; installing; landscaping and maintaining playgrounds since 1918.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Preparing quotations in Quotewerks, to specific deadlines, for tenders and other play projects.
* Completing pricing schedules.
* Supporting and assisting the Bid Coordinator and the Area Sales Manager to make the right decisions to successfully win bids.
* Carrying out costing exercises as requested and communicating solutions to the Bid Team to find the winning price.
* Collecting and gathering information that will be used to produce project estimates.
* Providing correct and accurate cost information that is required for play projects.
* Forecasting how long projects will take to complete.
* Identifying and evaluating all technical issues that are related to a particular project.
* Planning and organising own time to ensure both internal and external targets are achieved.
* Communicating effectively with contractors to gather required prices.
* Building a bank of prices for future use.
* Carrying out any miscellaneous tasks as requested by the National Sales Manager and/or any other Directors of the company.
