Responsibilities of the Graduate / Junior Estimator:
* Estimating and Compiling Quotations
: Prepare detailed and accurate quotations foraerospace / sheet metal business
* Drawing and Specification Analysis
: Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise estimations.
* Client Interaction
: Maintain a professional and client-focused work ethic, ensuring clear and effective communication with our clients.
* IT Literacy
: Utilise your IT skills, especially in Excel, to compile and manage quotations and related data.
* Fast-Paced Environment
: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Supply Chain Knowledge
: Apply your understanding of manufacturing supply chains, including materials and treatments, to enhance accuracy in estimations.
Key Requirements:
* Technical Skills
: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
* Qualifications:
Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical engineering is highly desirable
* IT Skills
: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
* Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Industry Knowledge
: Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
