The Role

Were hiring for an entry level Recruitment Consultant to join the business within our Real Estate team.
Were looking for an ambitious, passionate & driven individual whos looking to start their career in recruitment.
You will be given training and mentorship so that you can become a skilled recruiter and specialist within your sector.
About you

Youll be a sale focused individual who has an attitude for greatness.
Youll be highly ambitious and have goals to become successful.
Youll be a self-motivated and highly accountable individual.
Youll be adaptable and analytical.
Most of all, youll be passionate.
The Package

We offer a base salary of £20,000-£30,000 dependant on previous experience.
Commission: We pay up to 35% uncapped commission
Training

We have an unrivalled training plan that has been developed to ensure that each new starter is given all the information they need, to be successful.
Subscriptions

We will pay for any subscription service that you feel with help benefit and aid in your professional development.
Annual Leave

25 days annual Leave + 8 days Bank Holiday
Pension

SONDR are part of the Workplace Pension Scheme, which means we’ll contribute into your pension, to a maximum of 3% of your salary per annum.
