We are seeking a highly motivated Paraplanner to join a growing Client Services team. You will play a vital role in ensuring my clients’ Financial Advisers deliver the highest quality client advice.
The role:
* Prepare comprehensive Suitability Reports to support client consultations.
* Conduct thorough Comparative Research to identify the most suitable financial products (savings, investments, pensions) for clients.
* Analyse client information and understand their financial goals to make informed recommendations.
* Work closely with Financial Advisers to gather information and prepare client suitability checks.
* Respond efficiently to client queries while maintaining excellent service standards.
* Prepare data-driven Annual Reviews to keep clients informed about their financial health.
* Facilitate the implementation of agreed client recommendations.
* Maintain detailed client files to ensure ongoing compliance and provide historical context.
* Occasionally attend client meetings with Financial Advisers.
Person specification:
* Hold a Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalent qualification.
* Have previous experience in a paraplanning role.
* Possess excellent analytical skills to dissect financial records and provide insightful commentary.
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Maintain a positive, professional, and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients.
* Proficient in using a variety of computer software programs.
* Have a deep understanding of the financial services industry and products like investments and pensions.
* Able to write detailed technical reports to assist Financial Advisers.
* Self-motivated and disciplined with a commitment to continuous learning.
* A true team player willing to collaborate and contribute to achieving business goals.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) or 9am - 5pm (45 minutes for lunch).
