As a Lead Trainer you will be responsible for:
* Influencing and shaping the future of nuclear safety and innovation. You will do this by technical, behavioural and safety training nationwide through different channels of learning and solutions.
* Develop training materials
* Deliver training through various methods such as face-to-face, virtual, and digital.
* Promote company values and safety awareness
* Tailor training to meet varied learning styles and individual needs, ensuring an engaging and valuable learner experience
* Uphold and enhance training centre quality procedures, ensuring excellence in training delivery and maintenance of asset
Profile
* Extensive experience in the nuclear industry.
* Understanding of various learning styles.
* Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
* Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Strong management capabilities in developing, planning, thinking, and achieving.
