Description
* Analyse training needs to create effective and innovative solutions that meet organisational and learner requirements.
* Design and implement learning solutions across online, virtual, blended, and face-to-face formats, incorporating technologies like AI and digital simulation.
* Lead design workshops
* Oversee the work of training design suppliers
* Review and enhance the effectiveness of analysis and design activities
* Stay updated on new training methodologies and apply this knowledge to evaluate design options.
Profile
* Experience in designing and implementing innovative learning solutions.
* Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Accountability and collaboration, with a focus on customer-centered decision making.
