Job Description:
Customer Service/Helpdesk Coordinator required for this temp role to start ASAP until December 2024.

Location: Outskirts of Cambridge City (with parking)
Hours: 36.5 per week
Pay rate: £15.50 per hour

Duties: * Supporting customers with problems/issues
* Raising work orders
* Monitoring the delivery of the work orders
* Fleet administration; vehicle recalls, fuel cards, insurance claims etc
* Update records
* Prepare invoices
* Raise purchase orders

Your skills/experience: * Previous helpdesk/customer service experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Happy to commit until December
