Property Manager Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: Up to £27,000 basic, with annual bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Manchester
* Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained
* Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors
* Ensure compliance with all relevant property management laws and regulations
* Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
* Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* ARLA certification is preferred but not essential
* A proactive and customer-focused approach
