You will be responsible for a caseload of Shared Ownership Plot Sale Conveyancing Transactions and assist the wider team. . Your main duties will include:. * Preparing and issuing documents from precedent formats such as contracts, transfers and shared ownership leases. * Liaising with third parties such as buyers’ solicitors and estate agents to progress sale transactions. * Approving mortgages. * Reviewing draft conveyance plans for compliance with the Land Registry’s Practice Guide. * Dealing with or referring enquiries to Senior members of the team for comment .
