Sales Negotiator Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £25,000 basic, with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with weekend work on a rota basis (day back in lieu)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and negotiate sales of properties within our diverse Manchester portfolio
* Conduct property viewings and provide accurate, detailed information to potential buyers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Handle inquiries and provide expert advice on the property market
* Prepare and present offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably in property or a related field
* Valid sales license
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work weekends on a rota basis (with a day back in lieu)
* High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and customer-focused approach
