This role is focused on patent litigation within the semiconductor industry, and the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).. Key Responsibilities:. * Conduct and manage patent litigation cases, particularly in the tech sector. * Provide strategic advice and guidance on patent infringement, validity, and enforcement matters. * Represent clients in litigation proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). * Collaborate with clients, technical experts, and internal teams to develop comprehensive litigation strategies. * Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. * Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in patent law and the semiconductor industry. * Attend and participate in court hearings, trials, and other related proceedings. Qualifications and Experience:. * Qualified Patent Attorney with 1-3 years PQE. * Registered to practice as a representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). * Demonstrable experience in patent litigation, preferably within the tech sector and specifically semiconductors. * Strong technical background in semiconductors or related fields. * Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills. * Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
