Venn Group is currently working with leading Housing Association who is looking for a Financial Services Manager to join their growing team and develop the transactional and financial accounting teams.
Job title:            Financial Services Manager
Location:           Buckinghamshire
Salary:              £65,000 - £68,000 pa
Duties:
* Prepare annual statutory accounts
* Collaborate with Treasury team on preparation of cash flows
* Oversee the payroll team, ensuring everything is submitted timely and accurately
* Prepare and submit tax compliance returns and VAT returns
* Submit the annual rent and service charge increase to the management team
* Ensure the Fixed Asset registers are maintained
* Provide overall support to the transactional team, ensuring procedures are in line with policies
Experience required:
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience gained from the housing sector
