Venn Group is currently working with leading Housing Association who is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team and develop the transactional and financial accounting teams.
Job title:            Financial Reporting Manager
Location:           Buckinghamshire
Salary:              £65,000 - £68,000 pa
Duties:
* Prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast and deliver to the senior management team
* Produce timely monthly management accounts
* Work collaboratively with the Financial Services Manager and produce annual statutory accounts
* Submit timely submissions to the Regulator and lender as well as any other statutory bodies
* Continuously develop systems and procedures to add to the success of the business
Experience required:
* Qualified Accountant
* Experience gained from the housing sector
