Role responsibilities
* Responsible for the strategic commercial development and operational management of client relationships and service solutions for an agreed portfolio of clients
* Identify and implement commercial development strategies
* Implement operational effectiveness plans across an allocated portfolio of clients
* Lead and manage team/s efficiently and cost-effectively, maintaining quality service at fees that are competitive within the Pensions market
Requirements
* Strong business development-focused account management experience
* In depth Pensions knowledge across Defined Benefit arrangements
* Experience in Pensions management with a deep understanding of the challenges for employers and trustees
* Previous Pensions operational delivery knowledge
