Interim Finance Manager – VC backed SaaS

Talentedge are working with a rapidly expanding SaaS company as they search for an Interim Finance Manager to join their growing finance team. This role will play a vital role in overseeing the financial activities of the company. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and performance tracking.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 3+ years PQE
* Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
* Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
* Excellent Excel skills
