Job Description:
**New Opportunity – HR Officer**
Venn Group are working with one of London’s leading social housing providers, who are looking to recruit a HR Officer to start as soon as possible.
The successful HR Officer will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, and will have the ability to execute HR Officer responsibilities to a high standard.
Title: HR Officer
Location: Central London
Salary:£22-£28
Hours: Full time
Contract : 6 month FTC
Duties:
* Assist in the onboarding process; uploading adverts, shortlisting, organising interviews, delivering feedback and organising orientations
* Perform right to work checks for all new employees
* Advise on disciplinary and employee performance problems
* Maintain employee database
Essential Skills:
* CIPD L3 qualified
* Previous experience in an HR Officer role, preferably 12 months minimum
* Experience in a housing association
Desirable Skills:
* Onboarding experience
* Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
* Experience using Microsoft Office
