For this Sous Chef will be solely responsible for the sites street food offer as well as supporting the Head & Executive Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen and a key part of managing a team of 15 Chefs. You will be catering for up to 800 covers per day, so this is a site that requires someone who is used to cooking for high volume at the highest level. A strong knowledge of authentic street food is essential and you must have extensive previous experience catering for this kind of cuisine within a similar environment.
The site is solely retail focused with no budget from the client, giving the Chefs complete autonomy to cook what they like using the ingredients they choose too.
This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills. The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
