I’m currently recruiting for care workers within West Lothian & Falkirk who are passionate to providing a supportive living experience to adults and elderly in care homes & within their own residences. 
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Carrying out personal care for individuals 
* Supporting day to day activities and life admin 
* Administering medication *proven experience/relevant qualification required*
* Providing support with hydration and daily meals
* Mobility support and transfers using specialised equipment.
* Assisting patients/service users with personal grooming & emotional support.
* Adhering to companies’ policies and procedures. 
Experience required: 
* SVQ (or equivalent qualification) in relevant subject preferred.
* Clean UK Full driving license. 
*  UK Experience in care setting for 6months+.
* Empathy and sensitivity
* Tact and discretion
* Excellent communication
* Customer service and interpersonal
* Thoroughness and attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
* Good team spirit
* Ability to take the initiative
