Due to a positive re structure in the team, they are now on the lookout for an ambitious and systems focused individual to join them as a Regulatory Reporting Manager.

This opportunity is tailor made for someone who is driven by data analysis and making recommendations for improvements. You will be leading the development of the groups reporting data and delivering on the financial and non-financial reporting requirements.

Duties in the role will include:

* Non-financial reporting
* Manage the internal and external audit requirements
* Lead on risk management
* Business partnering with various departments to drive control environment
* Deliver period budgets and forecasts reports to the group.
* Review of VAT Returns
* Continuous improvement of reporting and control processes
* SOX compliance
* Line management of a Junior Accountant

So what does the ideal candidate look like? You’ll need to be a qualified Accountant, or at least a finalist with a proven background in data manipulation. Applicants that have used Power BI and enjoy a system focused role, will be of particular interest.

The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits including an enhanced pension and HUGE development opportunities. The business is Peterborough based, however you would only be required to travel to the office a couple of times a week.
