The Regional People Partner role is the main HR professional within the 2 distribution centres for the region. The role is a mix of strategic and operational HR and will be working closely with the senior management team of the sites. The role will also feed into the wider HR strategy and be involved in some really big projects.

A successful Regional People Partner needs to come from a blue-chip, blue collar background and be used to working at pace. The role is definitely challenging and could be a real stepping stone for the right individual.
