RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver retail excellent FOH & BOH
* Drive strong leadership within the concession in partnership with the Store Manager
* Mentor, Coach & Train team in order to achieve commercial targets and Store objectives
REQUIREMENTS: * Fashion Retail experience as a Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager
* Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
* Exceptional communication skills, energetic and with an influential personality
