Job Description:
A not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Advisor for an initial 3 months with the view to go permanent. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Description
A Interim HR Advisor to:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Support on recruitment activities from contract, compliance and onboarding stages
- Manage the shared HR inbox
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquiries
- Manage HR transactional activity
- Be responsible for onboarding of new starters and ensure appropriate vetting has been completed
- Maintain employee records
- Maintain HR systems and support with any audits
- Identify an improvements for the function
- Work with the Head of HR with any HR activity and adhoc projects
Profile
A Interim HR Advisor with:
- iTrent experience desirable
- Previous experience working in not for profit essential
- Able to start from August
- Previous HR generalist experience with the opportunity to develop and grow in the role
- Previous experience managing a shared HR inbox desirable
