A London Education Institution are looking for an Interim HR Officer to join on an immediate basis, with the opportunity to go permanent. The role is based in London, offering 1 day working from home.

An Interim HR Officer to:
- Support the organisation with TUPE process and ensure transition of contracts and employee data onto the new HRIS
- Act as a HR Generalist to support the school
- Act as the first point of contact
- Support the wider regional HR Team with any recruitment activity and vetting checks
- Lead onboarding for new starts
- Review the current HR policies and processes: ensuring improvements to the HR function
- Responsible for implementing variations to contracts and changes within the employee lifecycle
- Implement processes and procures
- Ensure the HRIS is kept up to date
- Focus on operational and transactional activity
- Work in collaboration to the trusts wider HR Team
- Ensure the SCR is kept up to date
- Manage administrative activities
Profile
A Interim HR Officer with:
- HR Generalist and recruitment experience
- Education Experience Desirable
- NFP background essential
- Immediate Start
- Enhanced DBS desirable
