Job Description:
Our esteemed Legal 500 client is in search of a proficient Legal Cashier with a minimum of 3 years’ expertise in the Legal Sector to become a part of their accounts team.
You must exhibit the capability to work autonomously and present comprehensive expertise within this sector.

What will be expected of you? * Client ledger reconciliations
* File closures
* Reviewing Client residual balances
* E-filing and administration
* Assist with day-to-day queries from F/E
* WIP and disbursement write offs
* Accurately process purchase invoice
* Processing employee expenses
* Processing and posting credit card expenses
* Posting petty cash payments
* Client and Office bank transaction posting and reconciliations
* Client to Office transfers
* Paying suppliers and refunding Client money
* Processing deposit account interests
* Taking payments via virtual card terminals
* Basic knowledge of Excel
